Claim your 10c container refunds via cash, voucher, or digital payment, donate your refund or fundraise with Return and Earn.
Claim your refund
Return your eligible bottles, cans, and cartons to a Return and Earn point and receive 10c for each container. You can:
- Get a printed voucher to redeem for cash or spend at participating retailers
- Receive a digital voucher, bank transfer, or PayPal refund via the Return and Earn app
- Collect cash directly at depots or over-the-counter return points
Donate your refund
Support a local cause or a major charity by donating your container refunds. You can:
- Donate instantly at a machine, centre, or depot
- Choose from over 300 donation partners using the Return and Earn app
- Track your donations and get tax receipts for every donation you make to charities with DGR status
Fundraise for your cause
If you’re part of a charity, school, sporting club or community group, you can raise funds through container donations. Return and Earn has helped raise over $72 million for community causes across NSW.
Ways you can fundraise:
- Register as a donation partner and appear in the Return and Earn app
- Promote your campaign using our fundraising toolkit
- Partner with a local depot for container collections or pickup services
Support Foodbank NSW and ACT
From 21 October 2024 to 20 April 2025, donate your 10c refunds to Foodbank. Every five containers helps create 1 meal for a family in need. Together, we're aiming to raise $250,000.
